Franchesca D'Amore, JM, BA Founding President/Executive Director
Franchesca D’Amore has a long history of community service and advocacy. Her community service has spanned the arts, education, homelessness, human rights, and health care issues. Community focused, Franchesca has been the Entertainment Director for My Hollywood Pride (2021-2025) and has served on several boards including Secretary of The South Florida Theatre League and Department Chair, Sheridan Technical College (Broward County Public Schools). Franchesca is currently the Vice Chair of the Broward Regional HIV Planning Council, previously serving as the Vice Chair of the Quality Management Committee. She is also a board member of Safe Schools South Florida.
A strong proponent of education, Franchesca is proud of earning her Juris Master in Health Care Regulation from FSU College of Law (highest honors) and attaining her BA from FIU (Cum Laude). Her mission is to use her unique life experiences and education to further inclusivity and equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
Julianna Antill Giordano Secretary
Julianna Giordano is a global real estate advisor and team leader of The Giordano Group with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Central Florida. Julianna's reputation for precise pricing and strategic market insights consistently helps sellers maximize their returns, and her expert guidance is regularly featured in international publications.
A long-standing advocate for real estate education, Julianna has held roles as an adult educator, former education director, and active industry leader, sharing her expertise in areas such as negotiation, contract law, risk management and technology. Renowned as a top trainer for new agents, Julianna has developed comprehensive courses and authored articles for prominent industry publications.
Having served on various non-profit organizations in a multitude of capacities throughout the years, Julianna is most proud of this one. Having LGBTQIA representation on both sides of her family, and raising her kids to believe that "love truly is love", helping those who struggle to be accepted in a modern world is deeply important to her.
Von Biggs Treasurer
Von Biggs resides in Broward County and is a dedicated advocate for equity, inclusion and community empowerment. As a Queer leader, Von has used his voice and lived experience to uplift underserved communities and help ensure that all people have a meaningful seat at the table.
His advocacy is centered on advancing health care equity, addressing systemic gaps and expanding educational opportunities for transgender and gender-diverse individuals. A lifelong student currently enrolled full time at Keiser University Ft. Lauderdale, Von understands firsthand the power of education as a tool for liberation, growth and opportunity. He believes education can open pathways for individuals pursuing a GED, higher education or resources that support long-term personal and professional success.
Von also served for four years as Vice Chair of the Broward County HIV Planning Council and currently serves as Co-Chair of the National HIV Aging and Advocacy Network. In addition to his board and advocacy work, Von is a public speaker, educator, moderator, workshop presenter, writer and author whose work focuses on creating informed, inclusive and affirming spaces for dialogue, learning and action.
Through his leadership and advocacy, Von remains committed to uplifting transgender siblings, challenging discrimination, promoting economic independence and helping create pathways for individuals to advocate for themselves and their communities.
